The annual Franklin Day Festival is an outdoor community-wide celebration organized by the Franklin Day Festival Committee. The event features live entertainment, an art show, a classic car show, over 150 exhibitor tables with a wide range of artisans, businesses, service providers, community organizations as well as a host of FREE attractions for children. The purpose of the Franklin Day Festival is to bring the community together while providing a showcase for Township businesses, industries, agencies, schools, community organizations and the amazing diversity that Franklin Township has to offer. In 2017, the festival attracted a whopping 20,000 residents and attendees from neighboring Somerset and Middlesex County communities! It was also nominated for the 2017 Somerset County Salute to Tourism Award.

The second annual New Jersey VegFest will be held on October 7 & 8, 2017 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center with amazing food, speakers, Veg Speed Date and this year we will have a beer garden featuring The Alementary, Bolero Snort Brewery and Cypress Brewing Company!
We are also hosting a series of vegan pop-up shops in Morristown in April, June and July and in Asbury Park in July and August. Get ready for a great summer!
NEPA Vegfest is an all ages event based on promoting health and wellness in our community. This event will include craft vendors, plant based food, speakers, plant based cooking demos, music, yoga and children’s activities all based on promoting wellness within the area. The scheduled date for this event is September 16, 2017 and will run from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the round pavilion and surrounding area within Nay Aug Park. A portion of the proceeds will benefit two of our area non-profits, The Farmhouse Sanctuary and The Green House Project! All are welcome!
